Education & Experience

Aaron is a graduate of the University of Washington School of Business.
He holds a BA in Business Administration with a concentration in Entrepreneurship & Innovation. He has worked in the fields of finance (Piper Jaffray), marketing (Downtown Seattle Association), and business development with his own company (Global Foods, LLC). Additionally, Aaron has many years of experience in the food and beverage industry, including restaurant management. These experiences have provided the strong foundation that he would later find so useful in his Real Estate business: business planning, marketing, negotiation, and stellar customer service. Realizing that his passion was in the Real Estate Industry, Aaron began as a property manager where he skillfully created value for multi-family investors before transitioning into the realty consulting role of helping individual buyers, sellers, and investors realize their dreams of homeownership.
Industry Education, Accreditations, and Affiliations
When you choose an agent to work with, it is important to know what advanced industry training and education that they have committed to attaining. Working with someone who has made the commitment to advanced training means you are working with someone who takes what they do very seriously and is always looking to add value to the client experience.
Realtor
Not all Agents are REALTORS. REALTORS are dues paying members of the local and national associations, and are bound by a strict code of ethics. When you use a REALTOR, you can be sure that you are doing business with someone who has had extensive ethics education, and operates their business with integrity.
Associate Broker License
This is highest license that a Real Estate Practitioner can achieve in Washington. Unlike the Sales Associate License that most agents have, a Broker's License demands twice the level of education, and years of experience. Those with a Broker's License must be skilled in business and contract law.
Certified Residential Specialist
The CRS designation is referred to as the Masters Degree of Real Estate. This is the highest designation a Realtor can achieve, and requires substantial sales production. CRS's average 5 times the amount of production of a typical agent. Only 4% of Realtors nationwide hold this elite designation; however, they account for 25% of all transactions!
Accredited Buyer Representative
For buyers and sellers alike, it pays to work with someone who has earned the ABR designation. Earning an ABR requires production as well as educational requirements highlighting what buyers want and how to achieve their goals.
Certified New Home Sales Professional
Issued by the National Association of Home Builders, this designation is designed around the unique challenges that selling new construction can present. Aaron has successfully represented both Builders, and buyers of new construction.
