Why Use the JanusGroup?

For those of you who were not referred by a past client or associate, and you're in a fog about how to navigate through the thousands of real estate sales people out there, hopefully you will find all the info that you need on this website to make your decision. Start by checking out who the JanusGroup is and then take a look at what just a few clients had to say. There are over 14,000 Real Estate agents in King County... (WOW! That's more than the number of Lawyers! There are only 12,000 of them!)

Only 8,600 of those 14,000 agents are REALTORS (not interchangeable terms, by the way. REALTORS must adhere to a strict code of ethics).

Only 923 of those 8,600 REALTORS choose to affiliate with the company that sells more real estate than anyone else in the World... RE/MAX.

Only 44 of those 923 King County RE/MAX REALTORS have the support of one of the most well respected Managing Broker's in the state.

Of those 44 RE/MAX Integrity REALTORS, only 6 hold a Washington State Brokers License. (The highest realty license someone can attain in the State of Washington. It takes years of experience and twice the education.)

Of those 6 Assc. Brokers, only 4 hold the elite CRS designation. (Considered the Masters Degree of Real Estate. Only 4% of Realtors nationwide hold this designation, yet they account of over 25% of all real estate transactions).

Only 2 of those 4 CRS Designees were voted by their client's "Seattle Magazine's Best in Client Satisfaction" for 2007.
